It is the responsibility of all insurance agents to understand the laws that govern their actions and the LHV insurance industry. In addition, the public trusts those in the insurance industry; as a result, it is essential that all insurance agents act ethically and in accordance with the laws. This course discusses the recent updates to life, health, and variable insurance law. In addition, ethical guidelines are presented to help direct LHV insurance agents.
