Instructions for Monitor

This is a closed book examination and must be taken in the presence of a New York State approved monitor. Students must achieve a grade of 70% to receive a passing grade. There are no limits on the number of times the Final Exam can be taken, but each attempt must be done in the presence of the Monitor. You will be required to enter your information below prior to each Final Exam attempt.

Affidavit Requirement

We are required to obtain an affidavit from you attesting that the Student has taken the exam without the assistance and without the use of any reference materials. An electronic version of the affidavit will be made available for you to complete immediately after the Student achieves a passing grade. Please complete and submit to our office using the “submit” button. The Student will not receive course credits if a completed affidavit is not received by our office.
